科洛德精機(jī)公司現(xiàn)在有種新的技術(shù)可以使導(dǎo)熱油加熱后并恒定在理想的工藝溫度，其工作原理是通過(guò)電加熱的方式先加熱導(dǎo)熱油，當(dāng)導(dǎo)熱油溫度達(dá)到設(shè)定溫度之后系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)停止加熱，但加熱過(guò)設(shè)定溫度，系統(tǒng)內(nèi)有冷卻裝置馬上進(jìn)行冷卻工作，冷卻到設(shè)定溫度后停止冷卻，主要是通過(guò)電腦控制和P.I.D自動(dòng)演算來(lái)達(dá)到這樣的效果，針對(duì)這個(gè)控制導(dǎo)熱油加熱后恒溫而設(shè)計(jì)了款設(shè)備導(dǎo)熱油電加熱器系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng)日常維護(hù)工作注意事項(xiàng)：
1：要保持清潔并且干燥的狀態(tài)。
